This year I made a whole duck with orange sauce. It was delicious- duck gravy on stuffing, yumm. Thanks to ALDI for the duck, TJ's for the orange-cranberry relish, Farmers Market for sweet potatoes and green beans, and Piggly for the baking bag and pan.
Still had to go to work but at least, for the second time in 9 years, there was time to have dinner at home for Thanksgiving...I enjoyed every bite!
I am glad I no longer live on the East Coast...We had our first serious rainfall but it is a far cry form the gray slosh and mud that comes with snowfall.
