I won't mourn a second for the benefit to society from the second exit of this disgusting legislative justice. He noted that he chose to interpret the Constitution as it suited him the entire time he was in office.

    That was the reason Hussein appointed Sotomayor.

    To "flexibly" interpret the Constitution.

    Don't assume that the flexibility applied favorably to conservative cases.
