They try to eviscerate the first amendment, and utterly fail, this time

This Project Veritas video talks about their winning a very important court case for investigative journalism.

It was facts against feelings. A defense against an overwhelming amount of illogical, backwards and emotional arguments from big time lawyers. The judge was very objective, this time:

Judge:
“So, again, the — here’s the problem I'm having with what you're saying, Ms. Wells. You're saying, oh, it's the big picture. It's all the pieces together. And it seems like every piece that you point to is a piece that hurts your argument rather than helping it.”

After the judge decides the verdict without the jury:
“If I’ve gotten this wrong, and the Fourth Circuit says that this is not what the law is, I hesitate to think where the First Amendment is going in this country.”

Gratifying to know that there are Judges capable of bringing the correct verdict.

Teter was an activist. It was a clear case of provocation that the left has been using more extensively in desperation.

    Slimy swamp dwellers.

What is it with these crazies who think they can do a better job with the Constitution? It is an exercise in futility. Why don't they just do the job they were elected to do?

A younger judge, say a well indoctrinated feminist activist judge trained to fight the sexist male patriarchy by any means necessary, could’ve ruled subjectively on what she felt in a utterly different way.
