Another blow to the 2nd Amendment. You don't have to have committed a crime, just have the police of a doctor say you're potentially dangerous.
I believe a fair number of Sheriffs in Colorado have said they will not enforce this until the court cases that are bound to arise have been settled by SCOTUS.
