So what exactly is the solution by these bureaucrats? How a $100/gallon gas price solves the warming of the Earth, which has happened before several times.

I can only laugh at the "control CO2 levels" note: you can sell that to the ignorant. There is no such thing.

As for Krugman, he is what he is. A depraved communist who has no place to criticize anyone and only in the NYT he has a voice.

I hope that copies of the report will be available to the public.
We will need to burn those copies to stay warm as the climate becomes colder and colder, the opposite of the report's predictions.
