To me this is a clear attempt to get Manaport to "compose a song" rather than "Sing" as federal judge (Ellison??) said in an earlier statement aout Mueller's tactics..
Mueller is betting that the Dems get control of the house and Senate this election and so is building a case for Impeachment by the ouse and hopefully a conviction by the Senate.
