Yes. Sessions is probably the "insurance" the FBI love birds were referring to in their emails to each other.

I don't see any evidence that he is going to deliver eventually. That "eventual" date is being pushed out over and over and it looks very much like it's never going to bring results.

  Maybe, I never quite understood where Sessions fits in, he seemed to be a good choice, but then he backs down and recuses himself from almost everything, so he becomes an empty suit, it should just be a "do your job, and follow the law" thing and not polluted with politics or giving in to BS excuses.
