[Sarcasm]You mean you actually did something to stop an overbearing law? But we want to read stories about how everything's going to the devil, and how we the few, the righteous, are hunkered down patting ourselves on the back for our moral superiority.[/Sarcasm]
I know how good it feels to have a hand in stopping a law or policy that would have expanded gov't powers. I love to hear about individuals taking action. A few years ago people were complaining that mainstream theaters didn't show the AS movies. Some people took it upon themselves to make arrangements with local theaters to screen the movies. It's much easier to grouse than to fix something.
