Very good reply, it's voluntary and not motivated by social pressure to conform. It also works.The post highlights the selective outrage and perceived victimhood being sold by Marxist ideologues.

I just make the sentence plural, so I can use they. In speech I sometimes use "they" to mean "he or she" even though it's wrong. If it must be singular, I just pick one, he or she. Each engineer must guard his data. I just picked "his" at random. I learned this in the 90s, and it's become second-nature.
