Whats your opinion on the Dear America Kids Books
I had these recommendations come my way from an elementary teacher in the bay area and am curious if anyone here has read any of these and what is the opinion on them? Are they painting these historical stories in a slanted / biased light that I need to watch for?
Thanks!
Thanks!

I try very hard to show those to my kids and not give them any conclusions. They're going to go through phases of having various opinions, regardless of what I do, but the foundation of critical thinking, empiricism, and mathematical models are most important.Mark as read | Best of... | Permalink|
