I wonder, what is the motivation behind asking such questions. Looks as if some instructor is working on his PhD. I'd be tempted to tell him that as a Zaroastrian Tree Worshiper, it is my duty to have sex with all things, whether animate or not. Including his candy -ss. Of course that might not look too good on your school transcripts.

Could be what was going on? A study? Maybe a peer-review? You have to collect data to make observations. I would find such a study frivolous, but not a threat. I’m not going to divulge personal information I’m not comfortable divulging, but they can ask away. Doesn’t hurt me.

Why you didn’t you simply ask why they were asking you these questions? I would have. Do you even know whether it was a requirement to fill out the form? Sometimes, schools mislead you into thinking something is required, but if you don’t question them, you don’t know. For example: The state of Maryland does not require two years of a foreign language for graduation, but every middle school and high school within the states will pretend it is.
Get your facts next time for your own edification. In fact, call them when you get a chance to find out the reason. Don’t run from facts. You got all of us wanting to know why they gave you that questionare. We are a knowledge-driven community here. Lol.

Its all about getting that free gub'mint money for special programs geared toward justifying their liberalist classes. I won't tell you some of the responses I put (I almost always check "Other" or ignore the whole thing) but I'm sure I'm on some watch list somewhere. No, more like a few dozen of them.

Considering that 'normal' is only one out of about 5 options on each, I'd just go to school somewhere else... No reason to buy their product, let the market determine winners and losers.
