Once again, two of $5Au's liberal friends decided to go on a full bore Trump rant at our table at a local cafe. $5Au has no issue with legitimate Trump criticism; however, his response to Puerto Rico seems pretty reasonable. At any rate, last night's jollies started with the assertion that Trump was playing golf instead of helping P.R. (Actually, I think he was at a golf club called "The President's Cup" along with Bush II, Clinton, and Obama.) One lib then asserted that the Mayor of San Juan stood in waste deep water shouting for help through a bullhorn. $5Au pointed out that other mayors noted that she failed to attend FEMA planning meetings. $5Au will spare the interested reader further boredom from this inane conversation. The reason for this post is to provide a timeline of FEMA assistance, so that you shall be armed with proper information with which to educate ignorant liberals you may encounter.

    How old are these "buddies"?
If over 35 they should have observed enough reality to form a rational view. If they haven't, they are a lost cause and a waste of your time.
Or are they just entertainment, like the 3 stooges?

It seems like every president I can remember got accused of doing something relaxing, like playing golf, during a crisis. t's so easy to condemn someone else who's running something for playing golf or missing a meeting. It's much harder actually to run something.

When things turn pear shape on projects I'm personally involved with, most people jump in and start fixing things. There are the occasional few who put their efforts into discrediting people, usually the people rolling up their sleeves and fixing things, for missing a meeting or not staying late on night.
