All those against it I have only one thing to say.
I will only acknowledge a point against legalization if that point includes all "drugs". Alcohol, tobacco, and all pharmaceutical drugs. Ibuprofen, all of it. And no one agrees with that.

Well first of all lets talk about Colorado and Washington since they legalized it. Although this applies to all of the states and all medicinal use as well. The ninth and tenth amendment make it very clear that the Federal Government is actually acting illegally and we cannot say just because they do act that they act legally, which they are very clearly not acting legally. I do understand how Federal Law takes precedence but it amazes me how willing everyone is to just say that Federal is always right when it is certainly not even staying in the confines clearly set out for it by the Constitution. By saying that they will come and use coercion does not mean that it is not legalized. On the contrary it shows how coercion can and will be used by our Federal Government illegally in the pursuits of unjust overreaches of its power, nothing more.

Marijuana is NOT legal. Its still illegal by federal law. Which is why people with shops, growing it and smoking it in states where its legal by state law STILL get arrested. Federal agents are all over California raiding shops and people for it. Federal Law takes precedence over state law. Amazes me how many people do not understand this.
