I find this ironic in more ways than one.

Hilarious!I Hope they turn it into a tourist attraction, where people in cars pay $5 to drive endlessly around the oval.
If I lived in the area, I would be willing to pay for a spot to park my 1998 Chevy. :-)

Private property that had not played a tax they agreed to pay for 30 years when they were collecting that tax from their residents.
