I'm very happy to have landed in the Gulch...I read Atlas Shrugged in 1972 after a nasty divorce, heart surgery and a very bad sickness. As i read I soon got over my pity party and got into the real estate business. No College, and $83.00 to my name. I didn't even have a suite.As I read Atlas Shrugged and Think and Grow Rich I gained strength, said "the HELL with the government, health problems," "I am going to succeed with or without them. I took Ted Turners advise "Lead, follow, or get the hell out of my way". Since then I'f read the same dog eared book 2 more times to refresh my resolve. I am happy to finally be in the Gulch. By the way, I'm still in the real Estate business and I have a large box full of plaques and trophies in my garage.
