This is the kind of thing that demands revolution.
By revolution, I mean dismantling the federal government , shrinking it to the size of a state government, and allowing it only a single vote in issues among all the 50 state governments, each with a vote. The federal government has shown repeatedly that it can NOT be trusted with power.
