Well, this certainly sounds familiar. Will we soon see the Peoples State of Venezuela appear? Oh, maybe they just haven't gotten around to changing the name....

But really, toilet paper? They had to import toilet paper? That should be a clear warning to all those "let the gov't run things" folks. First the toilet paper, then the toilets, next thing they will want to run is healthcare! Oh, wait a minute..wrong country....
