Money is an expression of will and therefore an expression of speech. Any Objectivist who can't see that is less understanding of objectivism than I am.
Clamping down on religious speech is a violation of the First Amendment.
Money is not speech. Regulating campaign donations is fine. In fact, every other modern industrialized nation already has limitations and regulations about the amount of money that corporations and other organizations can spend on elections. Such regulations in no way threaten freedom of religion. In fact, they actually protect that freedom by preventing one wealthy religion from stomping all over smaller religions.
Clamping down on religious speech is a violation of the First Amendment.
