In 2007, in a transparently immature attempt to "stick it" to Bush, Speaker of The House Nancy Pelosi ignored the State Department and violated the Logan Act to meet with Bashir Assad, assumed holder of Saddam's WMD which the Marxocrats shrieked did not exist in order to leverage themselves into power.
Fast forward 6 years.
Syrians lay butchered by those very same WMD used by that very same man.
And *THIS* is being used as the excuse to launch us into yet another war?

Pelosi told reporters that during her talks Wednesday with Assad she “determined that the road to Damascus is the road to peace.”
“We came in friendship, hope,” she said.
That photo of her in a head scarf should be all over the place! She used all the magic words: We, peace, friendship and hope.

So, I can tell you, without reservation, that the scarf Pelosi is wearing is Hermès "A Walk In the Park".

Now, I'm an Objectivist, I don't begrudge rich people or their fine things.
I would love to get that scarf for Mrs. Eudaimonia.
But, when you are Nancy Pelosi, representing Americans, and you publicly submit to Islam by putting a hijab on your head, and the hijab you put on is an Hermès scarf - *that* is Ruling Class arrogance at its most crass.
Oh, IMO, the trials should be done AT THE EXPENSE OF THE TRAITORS. Yep, let them flip their own legal bill. Suddenly, they become fiscally conservative. =)
