Vitamin D Deficiency results in Chronic Fatigue

I started taking Vitamin D3 in April 2015 because I was living with a chronic sinus infection all the time, plus fatigued etc. I was so weak I could not walk. So I tried Vitamin D3 5,000 IU and immediately after taking one pill I felt my energy return to my body. It felt like a light switch had been turned on. This hormone is the key to better immune health along with Vitamin C powder. Have a Happy Thanksgiving......and live long and prosper. :-)

Let you in on a little secret. My family, through much research (some through the school of hard knocks), has learned a lot about immune system health. We have a regimen. An important component of it is D3 supplementation. I recently switched to the eye-dropper version - doing about 3000iu/day. The energy and mood response to that dose is really something - surprising. Here's the "top secret" part. We don't get sick. When my daughter was in kindergarten last year she got a certificate (the first one the teacher ever gave) for perfect attendance. The whole year her class was ravaged with chicken pox, flu, colds. A few parents cornered me when the award was given and asked how we kept her so healthy. I don't tell people because, frankly, it pisses some people off. But...the results are unbelievable. Literally...we go many years without illness. Back to the topic...Vitamin D is key to good health. Few of us who work for a living (inside) get enough of it. I actually may publish our regimen in the near future.
