Thanks for a breath of fresh air and needed intellect.

Why didn't all of the hostile political ads against Trump work? The political strategists seemed as technologically ignorant as Clinton herself, and apparently weren't aware of the invention of the DVR, with viewers routinely, reflexively blasting past television ads. Wasted money, while Trump made better use of social media.
Most ironic was the fact that Trump beat Hillary using one of the oldest political tools: sloganeering. Everyone could remember "Make America Great Again," and "Drain the swamp." Slogans remind people why they should support a candidate, and Hillary failed in that regard. Her first slogan, "I'm with her," focused strictly on her gender, and seemed very narcissistic. It became a foil for Trump, with his "I'm with YOU" slogan. Her second slogan, "Stronger together," was a vague promise of American unity, which she herself undermined with her "basket of deplorables" comment. Trump won that contest, hands down.
This is what happens when the dumbest of the dumb indulge in Fake intellectualism. I call it by it's rightful pose: Antilectualism or compartmentalized bullshit.
This is quite a self destructive meme we have here Olley.
