    Learned Hand. I can find you lots of quotes from the court where they say the opposite. The taxpayer did not live within the "spirit" of the law, ignoring the letter of the law. spirit of the law always sides with more taxes. I didn't get the overall perspective of the writer. Mr. Costco, should perhaps have to live within the "spirit" of the law.
