This seems to me a good idea. How do we do it?

(I only put this under Politics because there isn't a category for Persuasion, but I'd like to see one.)

How do we do what? Most of us in the Gulch are not "leaders" in the sense that he describes, nor do we wish to be. And most of us are already engaged in the process of "making better versions of ourselves" without the need or desire for leaders to tell us how to do it. For those of us capable of thinking for ourselves, leadership is overrated.

Mr. Adams comments are more in the philosophical area. I'd have put the powt in that category. Having said that there is a large moral difference between the two leaders.
Trum is one person using the "Bully" management style. Clinton is one person creating multiple bullies, all thinking they are goin to become king. so to speak.
The one is easier to recognize and work with, the maker of bullies is much more difficult to work with and. The create multiple creature to bully the crowd, making them harder to recognize and work with and can replace them at a moment’s notice if needed. One is self-limiting the other is self-perpetuating.

Select your poison and good lucj to you all.

I admire Scott Adams a lot, in general.

But, take look at that list of leaders that 'we' admire,
I admire none of them. some are mythical, others terrorists, or got others to do the dirty work, others gave support to terror.
