CNN: Blame failed mental health system for mass shootings, not NRA

Well, knock me over with a feather! Could this be rational logical A=A coming from CNN?!?
Very true, because the hands of physicians, of parents and school counselors even, are tied with red tape over treatment, and possibly commitment to a mental care facility, these terrible and senseless tragedies will comtinue. There is a strong aversion to doing that to a person, to remove their free will, as it were, that now we have come to a flashpoint. The idea that troubled individuals can somehow control impulses and cope with the very real world around them is misplaced at best. The behaviors are truly antisocial, and therefore should be deemed to be at least a threat to those in the environment of an unstable individual.
The taking away of liberties is strongly opposed in this country, but our very freedoms that we enjoy are being corroded by people such as these who have taken it upon themselves to wreak vengeance on those people felt to have slighted or wronged them in some way.
To get Obamacare out if the equation is paramount to the success of treatment however, as the intrusiveness of the federal government into our healthcare, I'm positive, has curtailed to a large degree what help might be otherwise be sought out.
