All the Ways You Can Comply and Still Die During An Encounter with Police [SHORT]

From the article:
"How do you protect yourself from flying fists, choking hands, disabling electrified darts and killing bullets?

How do you defend yourself against individuals who have been indoctrinated into believing that they are superior to you, that their word is law, and that they have the power to take your life?

Most of all, how can you maintain the illusion of freedom when daily, Americans are being shot, stripped, searched, choked, beaten and tasered by police for little more than daring to frown, smile, question, challenge an order or just exist?

The short answer: you can’t.

Now for the long answer, which is far more complicated but still leaves us feeling hopeless, helpless and vulnerable to the fears, moods and misguided training of every cop on the beat.

If you ask police and their enablers what Americans should do to stay alive during encounters with law enforcement, they will tell you to comply (or die)." Follow the link below for the full article.

The author discusses this issue from the perspective of death (a significant event) of innocents, but one could as well include unjustified intrusions into one's personal and private life as well, via traveling on an aircraft, using one's telephone or computer, stating an unacceptable opinion, videoing or photographing the events of the world around you, carrying cash, having the odor of an alcoholic beverage on your person or a gov't official thinks he smells a contraband substance, growing garden plants in your front yard or letting your grass get too tall, carrying (or in many cases just owning) a weapon for self defense or just to collect or hunt, not answering an inappropriate question, even not carrying and providing on demand gov't approved papers even in your home, and heaven help you if you look suspicious.

Who's responsible for this sorry state of affairs? We are, through our gullibility, silence, and loss of respect for Individual Natural Rights of man, all men.

Will the results of this November's election change any of this? No. Not until and unless we're willing to stand up and simply say, No More.

The stories are disgraceful. Apologists for this use of deadly force say the number one priority for law enforcement officers has to be coming home alive at the end of the day. I really disagree with that. That's a priority, but if it's the top priority police end up shooting everyone who even reminds the officer of someone suspicious. It seems like we need to admit policing is a dangerous job. It would be safest them to ride in a tank and shoot everyone on sight. They should be instead walking the street protected only by a vest and an army of law-abiding armed citizens who are on mostly on the side of the law and who see the police as being on the side of the law with them.

Personally, I've always thought that police should be dressed in 'clown' outfits, drive miniature clown cars with ooga horns, and the only weapon allowed is a squirt daisy. All other gov't workers should be dressed in something similar, without the squirt daisy.
