At http://suspicious0bservers.org we have been discussing this issue for a few years now.

I think, that cosmic and solar activities not only have an effect on our health but our brains, our minds and our thinking as well. That very well may translate into behavior too!

Only honest investigation and time will tell.

    If an EMP from an atmospheric test of a nuclear weapon is capable of causing floresect light to flicker and some to short out (H-bomb test in south pacific in early 50s) What can the emp and other radiation from billion upon billions of H-bomb equivalents do? We know EMP can short out almost any electronic device. The hrain, heaft and other vital organs in the human body are quasi-electrical, Does EMP effect them or have we evoled in an environment so saturated with solar EMP that we no long are impacted by it.
    I don't know, but it is worth looking at with a clear and open mind.

      The understanding and mounting evidence is that it will effect those locally whom are at risk...especially in airplanes flying through one of these things.
      I posit that during these solar minimums with a weakened magnetic shield that solar and cosmic CME's would effect general behavior as well...especially those unaware or totally without self control over their own brain....seems every 400 years or so, somethin funny is goin on.
