Last night I watched AS2 again, kind of a review. I happened to notice the last scene, which ends with John Galt & Dagny clasping hands as he begins to help her out of her crashed airplane, had a couple of trivial details I hadn't noticed in previous viewings. One detail is that John has some sort of bandage on his right index finger. Does anyone know if there was a significant reason for the bandage or is it just because the actor portraying John actually had some sort of injury needing the bandage? The other trivial detail is that the actor portraying John has what appears to be some sort of blood blister near the cuticle of his right middle finger. Does anyone know whether these trivial details are just that, trivial and possibly accidental oversights in preparing the actor for the scene, or if they were deliberately scripted and had some meaningful, even if trivial, significance to the script of AS2? Just curious....
