  Man, I would have never guessed that popularity contests have no appeal to us small government guys.
  
  This is the far more accurate example however from the end of the article.
  
  Mr. Epstein says, that liberty is the guiding value on matters of public policy while “allowing for the personal values to dominate [personal] interactions.”
  
  I would like to see the questions from this survey as I will bet they had a political or collectivism slant rather than being around the personal life.
