Proposed legislation to limit fed invasion into public education

Now this could actually be a step in the right direction, but this will be a bloody battle. I know that every teacher that I've spoken with about No Child Left Behind would love nothing more than to see it dismantled. The decisions for the schools should not be under the oversight of the federal government.
