OK, what's the deal? I've tried twice to upgrade to Producer. Each time the webpage fails to respond. My credit card isn't charged but, I'm not upgraded.
They've failed to reply to either of my emails asking about the issue and requesting assistance.
Did you tell these guys to turn me down or, is the Gulch overrun with incompetent boobs masquerading as productive souls?

The last update I see is from yesterday where he replied to let you know we are investigating the issue. As far as I know he is still trying to duplicate and correct the problem. Please bear with us.
I still haven't heard from anyone. My card's never been charged. If they want, I can try it again but, I'd like them to send an email to me, telling me exactly what to do.

Did you receive that message? If not, can you check your spam/junk folder - I don't want you to miss further communication on this ticket.
Have you tried since that message was sent on 7.9?

I may be doing something wrong but, since I've done it twice it appears my learning curve is flat and it's still not working.
The guys sent me an email, saying they weren't aware of the problem with the site and, fixed it.
Now I'm in, thanks to Jim's help. :)
