What happens when you have a lawless P and a congress that doesn't want to uphold their balance of power?

The power to pardon is unlimited. The power to impeach and remove is vested in the houses of congress, one of which definitely will not do so given current make-up (and is unlikely to change sufficiently after this fall's elections to reach the level needed - 2/3 majority).
So, any predictions if the fall elections go even worse for O than it is now? I expect even more exec action, and even bolder moves by Holder - all under the cover of pre-issued full and complete pardons. Likely the same for RE in Chicago as well for this campaign, and likely Pat Quinn as well (IL Governor running for re-election).

When I see a program on the History Channel advertised as "Biblical scholars researching..." I know it is a group of people who have studied the Bible is search of the lies and half truths, rather than the truth that is passed on through generations. In a similar way, a Constitutional scholar is one who studies the Constitution in search of the ways it can be negated without reprisal. I believe Obama is a Constitutional Scholar. He know the words and mechanics of the document, but to him it something to circumvent through legal chicanery and actions that will have to go to the Supreme Court for clarification. Even on a fast track the damage will be long done before there is any relief from this socialist tyrant.
I was waiting for you to catch that one. I knew you would! :)
