This is just a post to say thank you to Jay Baker. I had an issue I wanted resolved because I couldn't find anything in the FAQ to help me. I thought it was a simple request I wanted to change my user ID to something slightly different and I thought more appropriate the sum of the work I was doing off-line. Namely appliedhistorian. Rather than a simple quick response of no you can't do that Jay took the time to do some research check things out and provided me with an explanation as to why they couldn't and offered me a solution which was to start another account and transfer my Galt's Gulch membership. I decided not to do this and to keep my old ID of M Minnick.
I just wanted to publicly thank Jay and anyone else that took their time to try to find a workable solution for me. It is so rare and unusual for this type of service and attention to be offered to anyone.
