    Hmmm...I wonder why his books are getting attention from elementary schools. Let's figure that mystery out... I GOT IT! (I win!) It works TOTALLY against Common Core's agenda... It has truth, facts, logic, reason, and rugged individualism. All the things that CC forbids. And that's my lesson on Common Core for today. Tomorrow's topic: How to Confront Common Core and Those Who Support it. (Yes, I'm talking about your kid's teachers and school administrators. We need many many more parents to stand tall at board meetings, conferences, etc and make a concise statement. It's time to wake them all up! Our kids' minds are at stake.)

      And for those who haven't been completely by jaded by the pre-college educational system, they can come to Florida Tech, where I will do my best to mold them into future Galts, Reardens, Wyatts, and Danaggers. I deal with several aspects of energy engineering and a wide range of materials science topics.

        When I attended Georgia Tech in the early 1950s it was still about the size Florida Tech is now. I hadn't read any of Ayn Rand yet, but I knew the ChE faculty wasn't for me, so I switched my major to the nascent IE department and found a home. Their faculty thought more like you. Your students are quite lucky

  I'm a fairly regular listener.
  I have been since the 1990's.
  I think Limbaugh's just as relevant today, if not more so.
  
  I will sorely miss him and his show when he does retire.

    I don't have grandkids. My girls are 18 and 16.
