Court Blocks E.P.A. Rule on Cross-State Pollution

A battle that's been going on for years: the economy vs. the environment. I can't believe, though, that the government is having so much trouble protecting the environment. It's the ENVIRONMENT, people!! EVERYONE is responsible.

    Strong property rights protect the environment much better than government regulations do, because owners don't generally like to live in filth or desolation. And a system that makes polluters pay for the damage they cause has the advantage of applying equally to the nation's biggest polluter, which is (wait for it) the government. http://www.grannisforcongress.org/blog/l...
