- 2Posted by $ rockymountainpirate 10 years, 7 months agoI am great. Just learning some new songs for the band. Winter is mostly over and now spring time in the Rockies is rain/snow/sunshine/cold/warm/sleet and it can all be on the same day.

How are things back your way?Mark as read | Parent | Best of... | Permalink|
- 2Posted by richrobinson 10 years, 7 months agoGetting ready for spring. Not much is growing yet. Should be getting busy at work soon. We do 7 days a week in May and June. Grueling but I enjoy it. Have you ever posted a video of your band playing?Mark as read | Parent | Best of... | Permalink|
- 2Posted by $ rockymountainpirate 10 years, 7 months agoYou don't want a video of our band playing, believe me. I'm hoping what I have tried to institute will fix that, but I'm getting a lot of resistance. There are several people in the band that figure if it's loud enough and distorted enough and just making a wall of noise then it's OK. I'm saying we either get good or I won't bother with them anymore.

Nothing is growing here yet. Maybe in another month things will start peeking up out of the ground. Last years spuds are being shipped out so the farmers should start planting soon.

I can't wait for the flowers to start blooming and the profusion of color everywhere. Most businesses have hanging baskets overflowing with life, and even sometimes planters on the sidewalks. The fields will turn green and the animals will slick up. Very pastoral, especially with the snow-capped mountains in the background.Mark as read | Parent | Best of... | Permalink|

- 1Posted by UncommonSense 10 years, 7 months agoI agree on the worksheet. I forgot about "greased" palms. Silly me. Everybody in Chicago knows about them though!Mark as read | Parent | Best of... | Permalink|

- 1Posted by UncommonSense 10 years, 7 months agoMy better half says it is too late, those days of deprogramming are over. You need to pull her out. By the book "Credentialed to Destroy; How and Why Education became a weapon." by Robin Eubanks.

This is a Soviet psychological experiment and it will cause brain damage. We wish we were joking.

Go look at missourieducationwatchdog.com and see a photo of a Kindergartener in tears. There's a video on Youtube called "faces of common core". There you will see what it is doing to the little ones.Mark as read | Parent | Best of... | Permalink|
