I wonder if the plan is to send money that we know is going to stolen by the politically connected so that we have leverage for something else later. The money was supposed to start flowing this year too, and it was turned down because to many whites might end up in their country. Interesting. Also interesting, is that historically Yellowstone is over due for an eruption, but it is moving a bit off the hot spot too, so will it erupt? If it does will it be a super volcano or just an eruption? When will it erupt?
