Vladimir Putin: “Our intelligence efforts are strictly regulated by our law, so how special forces can use this kind of special equipment to intercept phone calls or follow someone online, and you have to get court permission to stalk a particular person. We don’t have a mass system of such interception and — according with our law — it cannot exist.”

I don't know about the rest of you, but personally, I am not particularly reassured by Der Führer Putin's statements here...

    Yeah this is Russian propaganda here plain and simple. Putin is using Snowden as a pawn and a shill, which we all knew he would. Unfortunately Snowden is reaching the end of his credibility, which was inevitable.
