Everyone knows that I am an ATLAS SHRUGGED fan I am very vocal about it. For two years I have used Atlas Shruged in my Christmas greetings. I give it for presents. I belong to am Ayn Rand objectivist group, I think I am well qualified to be a part of the cinematic legacy of Atlas Shrugged,

The AS Film Trilogy will be a true classic....They are faithful to AR's message and are really well done ..... Don't know your plans but asking people how they were first introduced to AS could be fascinating. ... Now - I could also be a bearded 73-old crowd-pleasing extra milling around in some background . :) ... In 1962 a mentor friend called me from Alaska, inviting me to a NYC Waldorf Astoria lecture where Ayn Rand often did Q&A. ... Not knowing any better and puzzled I asked her -- how in the world could you advocate laissez faire capitalism when some monopolists admittedly did some really "bad things"? .. Instead of a dismissive, withering 30 sec reply she spontaneously lectured us for a bonus 15 minutes! ... Yes - I was sold - as her answer can be summed in one AHA sentence.

Great book and better movie. Should be a mandatory read for every student and necessary to be able to graduate from high school. Wait, by government design, most cannot read. Should be mandatory for all graduates to see movie when finished. Oops sorry, that wouldn't be politically correct. Oh well, lets just give them a joint, it's legal here in Colorado, keep them uninformed and stupid, then tell them it is their RIGHT to VOTE.

I first read Atlas Shrugged at age of 21. It was difficult for such a young person but I took it all in and with the teachings of my parents, have always lived by the motto of self-responsiblity. I read it again around age 30, I am now 45, I have passed it onto my children. I have always been very active trying to fight for our freedoms and liberty, I am like Dagny, not ready to give up the fight. If only there really was a Galt's Gulch, it would be filling up quickly. There is still hope.

I was a part of talking to college students into going to see the movie Atlas Shrugged III! Ayn Rand is my hero and my champion, who was way before her time!

Currently I wear a number of t-shirts from Galt's Gulch store, especially when on my motorcycle. This provides a lot of opportunities to talk to people when they say, "Great Shirt". I want more opportunities to spread the word, hand out pocket size booklets of constitution and recommend "Atlas Shrugged" so that people will learn that what is happening now was seen and written about in 1957 and before.

I never fail to get at least 1 comment (usually confusion) when I wear my Galt shirts. :) It warms my heart to see anyone else with a Galt shirt or bumper sticker on a car. In most cases, I HAVE TO talk to the person if I can. Seeing those Galt representations let me know that the world is NOT coming to an end even if we feel like giving up sometimes.

Because I will do all that is in my power to keep our nation and our world from continuing its slide into the world of Atlas Shrugged. I have read the book 3 times in the past 4 years and it has had an epiphanal effect on my view of society. Before reading the book I categorized people in two groups ‘Givers’ and ‘Takers’, Ayn used other words but they matched my definition. I should be selected because I am John, Dagny, Francisco, Henry, and Ragnar. I am building the engine. I am fiercely loyal. I have given it all up knowing that I could build it again. I came from very humble beginnings and made my successful life through hard work and right thinking. I believe that taking from the rich is just as evil as taking from the poor. I am a technology professor, a business owner, an author, an inventor, and a philosopher.

Been a Ayn fan for a long time, discovered her during the Clinton administration! Love her work, and try to explain her common sense to my commie, I mean democrat friends. LOL. It would be an absolute honor to be asked to appear in a project such as this. Don't know if it helps but I am also a US NAVY Vet, served during Desert Storm. Love you AYN!!!

I think there might be a little jumping the gun here with thoughts that this teaser is a call for extras, but I could be wrong.

Similar teasers like this one were sent out for ASP1 & ASP2.
In both instances the call was for gulchers to send in videos of themselves saying a phrase: for ASP1 "I am John Galt.", for ASP2 "Atlas Shrugged Part 2, now in theaters."

The submissions were compiled into a montage which was released on the special features disk for ASP1 DVD and ASP2 DVD respectively.

I'm expecting this teaser call to be much the same thing.

I was able to get my submission for ASP1 in on time, but not ASP2, which I still kick myself over.

I will be more than happy to do another submission of this type for the special features disk of ASP3.
And I *will* get this one in on time.

As a retired 32-year Army veteran, I've been around the world and watched our freedom be whittled away by fools more interested in power and control rather than individual freedom. Ayn Rand is the most brilliant individual of our time. I would gladly pay my own way to be a part of this - in any capacity. A dream come true.

I'm an immigrant from behind the iron curtain. Much of what's in this great book I've already lived it. So I guess... I have experience. Oh and yes, I despise collectivists from the bottom of my heart (goes for motivation). Unfortunately I do have an accent :(

Yes, due to the following points.
    1. My love of this country, what’s left of it.
    2. My Judeo-Christian belief(s), i.e. 2nd
    Thessalonians 3:10.
    3. My agreement with Ayn Rand’s
    observations, revelations, and conclusions
    as presented in Atlas Shrugged.
    4. You need an old coot as part of the cast,
    and that -
    5. I think that Genghis Khan was a flaming left
    wing liberal.
    Keep smiling!

I'm an engineer, MBA, and current solar consultant. Former entrepreneur/business owner and a died-in-the-wool libertarian. I like people who make sense. Sign me up. I'd like to be part of a film that will help wake up and re-energize our great country!

I would love to have the opportunity to be part of this legacy! As someone who lived in an oppressed country, Cuba, and having heard the evil that can be inflicted enables me to understand the real sense of this movie, and current real-life political situations here in our great country! A role in this film would be a tremendous honor for me and my family. I have, and am living the American dream, "Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness"! I want to make sure that my kids and their kids live the same dream.

Filming in PA! I'm from PA and have connections to Pittsburgh and outside Philly. I'll be there in a heartbeat! Just saw the info on YouTube. Atlas Shrugged film trilogy: Producers speak

I've been over the printed book and audiobook countless times over the last several years, and considering the hard time the film had in being produced, I'm glad it came around now. It would have been a flash in the pan if it came when the producers secured the rights to it. Now is the time its lesson can be properly taught, and it would be an honor to have anything to do with the creation of the film.

In reply to ShoxTP's list, here's mine (tongue in cheek):

      1) I'm an old fart. I'd look like the other old farts who went on strike.

      2) I'd probably be a bumbling idiot on screen, but you still need comic relief, right?

      3) Nobody has told me I was handsome in a LONG time -- but my grandkids love me!

      4) I can think of more than three reasons... :-O

I am very interested in who will be playing Francisco, Hank & Dagney. The only saving grace in part two was Esai Morales, him as Francisco brought most scenes together(the first Francisco was a cheap filler). It would be a huge mistake not to bring Esai Morales back. As for Hank & Dagney the first movie were the correct choice these 3 actors with the right John Galt(Bruce Willis) will make a blockbuster movie, instead of the mediocre, as was 1 & 2. Also say as close to the passion Ayn Rand wrote this amazing futuristic tale which is no longer a tale but our reality. We also would sit through a 3 an a half hour movie done right, don't slice & dice this last part.
