I'm curious what everyone's thoughts are regarding a comparison between Snowden and Assange - ironically both might end up seeking asylum in Ecuador.
My thoughts are that I support Snowden and his reasoning, but Manning and Assange deserve condemnation.
    Anyone have different opinions?
    Is my stance hypocritical?

      Not really.

My 'gut' feeling is that Snowden's motives were far more honorable.

I heard on today's radio programs that Daniel Ellsberg was asked to go on mainstream media about Snowden, but when he declared his admiration for Snowden the invitation was dropped like a hot potato. That didn't fit the 'talking papers'....
