If you're living in the Puget Sound area and if you're: needing to feel happy, in need of allergy medicine, in medicine for a lot of pain, need birth control, etc, just eat your local salmon and you'll get all that & more.

I'm thinking an independent investigation would be a good idea. I don't trust anything the EPA says. Scary news though.

    Yes. We've been finding pharmaceuticals in ocean fish along the west coast for several years now. Waste water is not treated for it and Americans are a bunch of druggies. When I first saw this in my engineering work it was Prozac and birth control along the SoCal coast.

    I love fishing (see photo). And, I've always thought that if you can't go out to sea, catch a fish and eat it the end is near. I eat about 50# of tuna per year.

    There is no way to scrub this stuff from the city water. I drink Ozarka by preference. My green comrades back home decry the tapping of the aquifer by Nestle, but here 1000 miles away, I smile when I buy that Nestle water.
