Socialist themes in the music album "The Very Best of Peter, Paul & Mary"?

I recently found this album while browsing for new music to listen to, and I couldn't help but think that some of the songs had Socialist themes embedded in the lyrics. I dunno, what do you guys think?

    Yes. Lots of Folk music of that period had socialist themes.
