What most people forget is that Hank Rearden's trial had already happened - to John Rockefeller.

Not only is it timely, it's amazingly accurate when considered against today's government activities.
It's also amazing when looking at Reardon's statement in answer to the court. Essentially, I will not comply. The only answer against oppressive government.
