This is an actual filed bill in the Missouri House. Doubt it will even make the floor for debate, but the fact it was filed makes me shake my head.

Whatever happened to "Sticks and stones will break your bones but words will never hurt you"?
It's certainly not fair to protect politicians and leave comedians to fend for themselves.
