There is some excellent information in that article. I save seeds, and at the end of the season I let the plants and flowers keep their seeds and next year they regrow. The only thing that hasn't come back is the Basil. It only came back 2 years in a row so i will have to reseed this spring. I've cleaned the seeds out of bell peppers as I use them, throw them in the garden and they grow.
