John Galt, better than a burger and a malt.

Who is John Galt? Ask rather who are you?

Don't ask what John Galt can do for you. Ask what you can do for you.

    John Galt is the anti-dolt.

John Galt is all your fault.

In these trying times, who can you trust? I trust John Galt. Seriously. What's in your vault?

John Galt is the book which cannot be judged by its cover. He found himself on a chess board and adopted the appearance of a pawn. In fact, he is winning the game.

John Galt is the man who showed the world that there is a tipping point in society where the producers become slaves to the looters and moochers, and he showed the slaves how to free themselves.

John Galt made his own way, asserts his right to what he produced, and made it stick. And in his eagerness to defend his own rights, he defended the rights of all others like him.

Who is John Galt? He is the man who will make you question all you believe about society? He is the man who will challenge the system, and beat it. He is the man who will change your world, and you...for the better. Are you ready to meet John Galt? Are you ready to watch Atlas Shrug?

John Galt embodies the ageless ideal of a rational and creative mind. We've met him before under different names, Orville and Wilber Wright, Henry Ford, Steve Jobs...........

John Galt is that mercurial self caricature of our finest human accomplishments. The fleeting vision of all we hope to be.

John Galt is Mr. genuine American who wants to live and work free from government intervention and escape from the multitudes of unconstitutional programs that transform people and their future generations into parasites, serfs, and slaves dependent upon handouts from their "masters."

When you see "'Atlas shrugged III,"the theater you are in will become Galt's Gulch, the refuge of those who believe that their life belong to them and not to a gang of collectivists.

John Galt is Liberty, the spirit of all freemen who work and fight against enslaving forces, that they may have freedom and independence.

As every man is an island, complete in itself, so is John Galt. He is a competent and rational creator, like Robinson Crusoe, accepting only natural laws and every man's right to autonomy and freedom of looting and violence.

John Galt, a brilliant man, of engineering genius who designed and built the modern era's version of the wheel and fire and would not allow the looters to have it or steal it from him. A man who stated publicly "I will stop the engine of the world."
The response was a disdainful looter asking; "Who is John Galt?"
Now this is the plaintive cry of the sheep who walk around in a crumbling world.

John Galt is a wise man. After he was fired from the car company, he studied history. He learned what made civilizations work and what brought them down. It pained him to see the government becomes so corrupted. He sought to warn his fellow humans, but they laughed at him. He decided if they did not want to be saved, he would save his fellow mankind who did. He reached out to like minded people to form their own kind and just society. He had no chose but to let society crash for those who would not do anything about it when there was a chance to save it.

Actually he quit 20th century motors - they made motors, not cars. He went to work for them AFTER college. His fellow workers were scared of him when he told them that "he would stop the motor of the world".

When asked, as LetsShrug can confirm, I respond "I am John Galt." I usually follow with "and you may be too." This generally starts a conversation.
