The expected U.S. "Great Recovery" hasn't materialized and the economy has fallen short of even normal growth, according to a forecast released Wednesday.

      I can see the POTUS' response...

      OBAMA: "Well, I actually did not lie, per se... I was just reading the words that one of my speechwriters added to the teleprompter. He's the liar!... And besides, it's all George Bush's fault!"
