I'm actually the Founder and Headmaster of a small independent college prep school (grades 6-12). I like to teach when I can (especially history, logic, and economics) but I have a great teaching staff. Some drive 1 1/2 hour each way each day to teach where reason still exists. We graduate no more than 20 seniors each year, so 100% get into college. I know at least a couple are interested in nanotechnology, so I'll check with their advisor which ones are considering FIT.
Regarding the election, I'm still waiting. Knowing the potential for mail-in fraud, I'm hoping that perhaps the suggestion that there was a sting operation may be true. But with the existing election interference probes, one would think that there must have been some additional surveillance in the works. Maybe catching some current fraud is the last remaining piece of the Durham probe? Although reality is the final arbiter, sometimes it takes a while and a little help to assert itself.
About 40% of my school's students are F1 international students, and those who come from the socialist and communist countries are stunned by locals who think socialism would work here! They defend Capitalism (and Trump) as fiercely as the rest of us.
