Foreign Policy or Magic 8 Ball?

Shortly after Obama took office there was a coup in Honduras in which their president tried to pull a Chavez and set himself up as dictator. This caused such uproar that even his own party threw him out of the country. Instead of praising the "Honduran Spring" as he did in Egypt, Obama through a hissy fit and had the State Department throw sanctions on Honduras. In Libya, Gaddafi, scared by Bush' Iraq intervention, turned over his weapons of mass destruction program. His reward? Attack by NATO including air strikes by Dear Leader. Result=dead Gaddafi. After the overthrow of our ally Mubarak in Egypt, his replacement, Morsi, tried to set up the Muslim Brotherhood to rule that nation. The One supports him and is enraged when "the people" overthrow him. And this brings us to Obama's threat to bomb Syria. Why? God only knows. There isn't any side worth supporting, at least at this point, in this poor country. Putin, of all people, comes to the rescue and bails out Obama with a dubious plan to remove WMDs. People are still dying in Syria, many of whom are innocents. Obama was totally ineffective in stopping the violence, and he probably couldn't have stopped it anyway. So, why get involved? Now Sen. Lurch, sorry SecState Kerry, is threatening the Russians with "grave consequences" in the Ukraine. Just what would these be, Mr. Kerry? Ultimately, I expect that this will turn out to be just another failed attempt at foreign policy by the Regime. Honestly, it's difficult to think of ANY foreign policy success by this administration. Then again, it's hard to think of any domestic policy success either. That's my 2 cents worth. What do you think?
Again, watch what they do, not what they say.
I know this is an extreme position, but that's the way I see it through the lens of current events and history.
