I've been lurking here since here's inception, but haven't joined in. May not do so much hereafter, but might want to on occasion. I found my Ayn Rand some 50 years ago when working for RCA on a down range (ICBM) missile tracking ship, the USNS General Hoyt S. Vandenberg. About ready to give up on humanity, after everyone else had gone ashore, I settled all by my lonesome into a chair in the lounge in front of a TV playing The Fountainhead. I was immediately hooked. I was among the first to register as a Libertarian in Arizona in 1972. The LP ain't what it was set out to be, so I am now in its past. I am looking forward to some rational conversations herein.
