I am in favor of space exploration and of moving the United Nations. I propose that the UN do the next space travel, by moving the entire building and all the people in it to the planet Jupiter. Wouldn't congress have to pass the treaty for it to have the effect of law? Just like the Kyoto Protocol, even those idiots in congress are not yet brainwashed enough to pass something this idiotic.
